·        Learning targets make things more clear for me and my students; kids are taking more responsibility for their learning.

·        The kids like to see the data; the study section of our PDSA got MUCH better after the follow-up coaching session; the kids are giving real specific, higher yield things for me to do to teach them; I’ve heard them scolding each other for not trying their hardest.

·        When I asked the kids what we needed to do differently, they identified DIFFERENT strategies; kids are so much more motivated and involved in planning their educational experience.

·        Kids can see and understand their results right away; I find we are getting really good results with this approach.

·        One of my mom’s noticed a big change in her son’s attitude about math and asked to come and watch what they were doing in class. His grades and attitude have improved dramatically; my students are now full of examples and input; kids are excited.

·        Students understand the expectations….they know what they’re going to learn and by when. My students are trying harder; I’m seeing them make their own individual PDSA’s; we’re having really good discussions about learning.
