Purpose: Guide leadership in the development of a Baldrige-based school district.

Expected Outcomes:

· Clear understanding of the components and best practices of a Baldrige-based systems
   approach as applied to school districts

· Development of aligned strategic, operational, training, and deployment plans

· Development of strategies for implementation

Target Audience:

Superintendents, Assistant and Associate Superintendents

Participant Prerequisites:

Appropriate awareness-level training such as Orientation to Performance Excellence and Continuous Classroom Improvement preferred but not required
