Orientation to Performance Excellence: Education Version

Purpose: To provide an orientation to the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence as a framework for supporting educational improvement.

 

Expected Outcomes:

· Increased understanding of the criteria for systems approach to continuous improvement

· Increased understanding of the relationships required for success

· Increased understanding of the rationale and framework for system assessment

· Development of an action plan for implementation

District Leadership Teams, School Leadership Teams
