Purpose: To provide a basic orientation to a systems approach to school improvement.

 

Expected Outcomes:

· Increased understanding of how to apply a systems approach to continuous school
   improvement.

· Increased understanding of the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence.

· Increased understanding of the relationships required for improvement.

· Increased understanding of the rationale and framework for system assessment.

· Development of an action plan for implementation.
