Purpose: Provide hands-on experience with basic tools and techniques for implementing the regular Plan-Do-Study-Act improvement cycles.
Expected Outcomes: · Increased understanding of Baldrige categories, core values, and PDSA · Identify strategies for using tools and PDSA in the workplace · Increased competency and application of quality tools

Target Audience: Classified staff (food service, transportation, maintenance, secretarial, technical support, etc.), department supervisors
Participant Prerequisites: Continuous Improvement: Using PDSA to Improve Key Support Processes Participant Workbook
Recommended Time: 2 hours to ½ day
Required Materials for Participants: · Department mission and goals to be supplied by the district
