TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Purpose: To build coaching capacity in the effective use of the Classroom Continuous Improvement materials and process.

Expected Outcomes:

· Increased understanding of the PDSA Cycle and its role in driving improved learning results

· Development of training and coaching strategies for building awareness and commitment

· Identify resources for continued learning

Target Audience:

Baldrige coaches/trainers

Participant Prerequisites:

· Successful completion of the Continuous Classroom Improvement workshop

· Implementation of PDSA Cycles in authentic settings
