| Building a Technical Support Team: Teacher and Student Partnerships |

Purpose: To build coaching capacity in the effective use of the Teacher and Student Partnerships materials and process.
Expected Outcomes:
· Increased
understanding of a systems approach and its role in driving improved
learning
· Development
of training and coaching strategies for facilitating implementation and
· Identify resources for continued learning
Target Audience: Baldrige coaches/trainers
Participant Prerequisites: · Successful completion of Continuous Classroom Improvement and Teacher and Student Partnerships workshops · Implementation of PDSA Cycles in authentic settings · Regular use of the appropriate þ Systems Checks II and/or III to assess and improve the relevant system
Recommended Time: 2-3 days
Required Materials for Participants: · Facilitator Notebook and Companion CD of PowerPoint and Training Resources for Teacher and Student Partnerships · Teacher and Student Partnerships Participant Workbook · Classroom þ Systems Check III · Student and Parent þ Systems Checks · Classroom Performance Excellence
